STOP CIGNA SENDING GREENOCK JOBS OVERSEAS
Cigna’s reported plans to cut jobs in Greenock are a devastating blow for local workers, families and the wider Inverclyde community.
We have heard from employees that upwards of 150 jobs at the Greenock site could be at risk, with roles potentially being moved overseas. Cigna has not confirmed these figures publicly, which is why local people deserve urgent clarity and honesty from the company.
Despite repeated requests, Cigna has refused to meet with Martin McCluskey MP to discuss the future of the Greenock site, the scale of the cuts and what support will be offered to affected workers.
This lack of transparency is unacceptable.
